What do B and Q mean?
They are the two RFC 2047 email header encodings. B uses Base64; Q represents some bytes with an equals sign and hexadecimal digits. Both carry the same subject text. For example, =?UTF-8?Q?Caf=C3=A9?= also means Café.
Where do I use the result?
Use it in raw email source or a system that explicitly accepts RFC 2047 headers. Most campaign editors expect readable text and handle encoding themselves.
